Refund and Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. At Firkin Jelly, we extend this period to thirty (30) days to return an item.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned new, unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Any incomplete, damaged, or soiled item cannot be accepted for return or refund.

Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@firkin-jelly.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions and address.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.

Refund

After receiving and checking the returned item, the refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days, using the same payment method as used for the original order.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or non-compliant item, please contact us within 48 hours. Products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects; in such cases, the return and refund (or exchange) will be covered by us.
