General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Effective July 29, 2026.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "GTC") apply to any order placed on the firkin-jelly.com website (the "Site"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 1 – Seller

The Site is operated by Firkin Jelly SARL, 60 Rue François 1er, 52100 Saint-Dizier, France. Email: contact@firkin-jelly.com.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site, subject to stock availability. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity, particularly regarding colors.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding any delivery costs specified before order validation. Firkin Jelly LLC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the applicable price is that in effect on the day of the order.

Article 4 – Order

The Customer selects the products, checks the details of their order, and then validates it. The sale is final after order confirmation and payment collection. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online, securely, by the means offered on the Site. The order is processed after payment validation.

Delivery terms, times, and costs are detailed in our Delivery Policy.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification. Firkin Jelly LLC also grants an extended commercial period of thirty (30) days. The terms are detailed in our Refund and Return Policy.

Article 8 – Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). The Customer has a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the goods to act under the legal guarantee of conformity.

Article 9 – Liability

Firkin Jelly LLC cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the products or in case of force majeure.

Article 10 – Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is protected by intellectual property law and remains the property of Firkin Jelly LLC.

Article 12 – Disputes and Mediation

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer will first contact Firkin Jelly LLC for an amicable solution. Failing this, in accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may have recourse to a consumer mediator free of charge, or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
